I think 2 of these 4 end up at safety

Johnny Cook, Eddie Jackson, Ardarius Stewart, Anthony Averett. We already have one in this class in Chris Williams and depending on how we finish at corner, Bessent could also play safety

Cook reminds me a lot of Rashad Johnson and I think he and Stewart are great fits at safety

Bozeman may take us down to eight.

Since we lost more than expected I wish they would just pull his greyshirt and allow him to enroll this fall. He may end up sucking but i will always like him.

Maybe Roc Thomas or possibly even no one.

Would be unprecedented though, as Saban has taken at least 2 RBs every year since he's been at Bama...

I don't think that's the case. Assuming Brandon Hill backcounted to '12, we only signed 24 in '13 meaning we can sign 26 in '14 counting Bozeman leaving us with 9 spots left

It would take Foster not qualifying or attrition elsewhere for us to have room under the 85 to bring him this fall

Thanks. I just assumed if we were offering Connor Brewer that a spot was open. However, who knows what kind of offer that was or what it really means.

Looks like not me.

Would Bama even need Casher (He's crystal balled here by everyone)? Considering Hassenauer is the better prospect according to 24/7. Couldn't the spot be used for someone else?

What did the staff tell Jordan Sims?

I think they told him "we will let you know" but in a very positive way (e.g., you did amazing at camp, we are really impressed, keep on improving, there are a lot of moving parts right now in this class but we hope to have a place for you. We should be able to let you know soon).

I can't see him in this class anymore.

They pretty much told him no today, they want to see him play his senior year before they make any decision on a committable offer.

Sims will take his time on committing, taking his visits...

"They are gonna take it slow and evaluate my first couple of games," Sims said via text on Friday.

I know they're necessary, but I'm tired of OL commits. Give me Robinson and Mama and let's call it a class there.

I almost hope Fournette goes to lsu. I enjoy the close games with them and they don't have a running back, they need him and we don't.

A fleet of Ferraris is worth more than a Lamborghini anyway. It would be nice to get him for the meltdown, but we need running backs like Magic Johnson needs germs.

Eta: let's go get some DB's and pass rushers
