Probably the only two other offensive lineman than CRob that could still commit in this class. I'll ask Charles about it.

Anyone know the reason behind his recent drop in the 247 rankings?

Don't forget Donell Stanley;he will probably commit as soon as he is given the green light and he is visiting this weekend.

JC Shurburtt just predicted Braden Smith to Bama too.

For those who may have missed the pic about 100 pages back on Braden Smith:

My OL predictions are so off, that is laughable.

Charles Power responded to my questiona and said his reasoning for predicting Smith to Bama was due to us missing out on Rod Taylor and the fact that he will be on campus this weekend.

Braden Smith

I don't think his arms are long enough to play Tackle.

Marlon got 2nd in the 110m hurdles final with a time of 13.24. First place was a Jamaican who set a World Youth Championships record.
Marlon is also in the 400m hurdles finals tomorrow

Using a base ZBS allows less than prototypical length.
He looks like a perfect fit with his athleticism, strength, and awareness, wherever they want him.

Manziel bulked up and is going to transfer to play OL for us? The Process never rests.

I can see that, both are "fit" builds that are nasty players inside, especially Mathis in previous years in Mudd's ZBS(and should continue with Stoutland).
The Panthers made Mathis lose who he was as a player, felt obligated to add a lot of weight to stay in the system. He got back to lean and mean and he's gotten the respect he deserves with the Eagles...

I guess Coach Mario is taking...a "Proactiv" approach to the depth of the OL.

Hootie Jones quote
I wouldn't count us out on this one
quote:
“There’s a lot of pressure to go to LSU, but at the same time, there’s a lot of pressure to go to Alabama,” Jones said. “It’s like half and half up here. It’s making it kind of hard. I’ve got friends and family who want me to go to LSU, but at the same time, I got some more friends that I look up to who want me to go to Alabama. It’s making the decision even harder.”
