Now that that's settled and Kizer isn't visiting maybe we can go ahead and wrap up this QB situation

The rumor from TiderInsider was that the staff's main target is Jacob Park

I tend to believe that is becoming the rumor because of the uncertainty of David Cornwell. But I guess we'll see soon enough.

i hope it doesnt go down that route. im sure he would be fine, but his highlights are full of dumb throws that would get picked in the sec and a bunch of scrambling. Cornwell looks like a much more natural and accomplished passer yet still has good athleticism for being so big, ala roethlisberger. Cornwell also can still throw lasers while on the move, Park kinda throws up some ducks when running.

90%.

I find it amusing that someone can claim to be 90% committed to something with a straight face. That's recruiting though.

So I guess we'll see if Rodney Orr is full of shite or not regarding Park being above Cornwell.

I highly doubt it, but no one should be upset (yeah fricking right) if that's the route we take.

One scenario I could see playing out is if our staff likes Ricky Town the most and we take Park over Cornwell as to not scare off Town.

I guess I'd be okay with that. Kinda.

Who the frick am I kidding? Cornwell or aneurysm it is.

Even though Bo is committed and the highest rated player in the class, I've really ignored him completely as a commitment. Maybe because he committed so early, but I'm not super excited over him...

Well both Cornwell and Park are Top 100 prospects who have been invited to the Elite 11 Finals. We really can't go wrong with either, but Cornwell has the arm to stretch the field, something we really haven't had since Brodie (and we rarely did that during his tenure).

Park is growing on me, as much as my 2nd favorite in this class can, so I see how our staff COULD like him over DC. He's as tall as AJ and thicker at this point in his career, with exceptional athleticism. He has very good mechanics and accuracy.

Decisions, decisions.

i am not even good enough to be considered an arm chair QB, but to me AJ has a pretty good arm that stretches the field. What am I missing
