I’m not 100% sure I agree... but what you say is thought provoking. There may be a little truth to it.

At least we’re not in terrible foul trouble. Reese with 3 but Bruner with 0, so maybe this is the half where Bruner plays a lot of minutes.

JQ is sometimes guilty of too much dribbling, but he adds to the overall effectiveness of the team. They've shown they don't need him to play 40 minutes. But I still like what he brings. And some teams are going to have different match up issues. If we play a team with strong defensive guards, we need a ball handler.

Yeah, they can block shots but they've had some absurdly bad defensive moments.
The worst was Shack just dribbling up the floor and no one guarding him so he hits a wide open three. Also that simple Reese hand off to Petty who'd just made 2 threes and both defenders just stand back and watch him make another.
It's not the Kentucky defense you're used to seeing.

Isaiah Jackson has four blocks, but two of them were goaltending imo and weren't called.
