I’m still convinced we are gonna lose Saturday.

I mean we could - road games are hard and Auburn will play their guts out.

I just can't believe we've started out 3-0 against these 3 teams. Unreal.

Yeah, Primo has been looking good lately. I suspect no JQ and Herb on the bench for much of the night had him thinking a lot more in the 1 spot.

I was just hoping we could start out 2-3.

This is fun. My coaching advice would be to continue to do this.

Wasn't it reported that it "might" keep him out of the Auburn game? If he tested positive for Rona today or yesterday then you could 100% go ahead and rule him out of that game. He may just have the regular old flu.

Maybe we’re simply holding out hope it was a false positive because he’s symptomless and will be getting tested again to confirm? That’s my guess.

This win was great. I hope the team keeps doing whatever it is they've started doing different.

I wrote these boys off after the WKU loss. Glad to see they’re showing some signs of maturity and toughness through adversity. This game in years past was a classic letdown game after that win in Knoxville last week. It was nice to see them play so hard especially without Quinerly.

Keon Ellis +30 tonight

Have been a big fan of him all season and if he has finally found his shot and is no longer tentative about putting it up I think we are gonna end up loving him even more.

This team doesn’t even look the same. The confidence is through the roof and you can see that they have bought in. We will still have some head scratchers I’m sure, but this proves Oats is the real deal. Now, we need to build the program before a top program steals him away. New arena, facilities, something to show Oats it’s worth staying.

If Oats loses his mind and bolts to somewhere else, I hope we give the HC at Drake a look.

Yeah Oats looks like the real deal. And I think he sees he can win and recruit here so that’s got to be a positive. I mean if a Duke, UNC, or Kentucky came calling we would probably lose him. But I’d feel confident keeping him outside of those top two or three blue bloods.

If we keep that up with the pace we play at we're gonna have a good time.

I’m a huge fan of his. He’s a plus at every aspect for his position. Excellent shooter, passer and defender. No one here has pumped up Shackelford more than I have, but I definitely think I’d go with Ellis over Shackelford in the starting lineup. It would set the tone more defensively to start the game and give us a spark plug off of the bench.
