Alabama senior Herbert Jones is the Associated Press' SEC Player of the Year, while the Crimson Tide’s Nate Oats is its SEC Coach of the Year, the outlet announced on Tuesday.
Jones earned five of the 14 votes for the league's top individual honor to edge out Arkansas' Moses Moody (4 votes). Oats, who led Crimson Tide to its first SEC regular-season title in 19 years, was the top vote-getter for Coach of the Year. Arkansas' Eric Musselman got two votes.

In the offense Oats learned from Vance, your line up is as follows:
1 PG
2 Best shooting wing
3 2nd best shooting wing
4 Post player
5 2nd PG
He wants to use 2 PG at all times if possible. On this years team, Herb was basically that second PG on the court. Probably going to see a lot of Q and JD on the court together next season.
Oats has an encouraging problem next year of finding minutes for all these guys. It will take some time to figure out the best rotation. We need Alex to be healthy at the start because he is a very important piece next year.
One of the last missing pieces in Oats system is using more full and 3/4 court pressure. We use it some but injuries and limited roster have hurt in that aspect. When we go smaller next year, you'll see more of it.
You'll see a line up with JD, Q, Shack, Ellis/Miles and a rim protector (Alex or Bediako) running multiple presses.
Trying to work in Miles, Keon, KAH, Gary, Langston and Holt is going to be a fun problem. Like I said before, after we get the rotation worked out, I think we will be a better team next year. Good times for sure.

Interesting that that Ellis as the sort of 4 lineup is second. Must be Herb in foul trouble minutes.
Next year's frick it, lets go lineup:
JD
JQ
Shack
Ellis
Gary
Lol. That's some small fricking ball. Our 5 is 6'6". Though I guess that's occasionally the case the year too. But I guess it helps offset it, when the guy running point is 6'8".

5 conference championships on tonight
Hell yeah. That's exactly what I need. I've spent the last 3 days getting my place in pristine shape, for having the homeowners come by to look at it. And since I'm moving at the end of the month, I wanted it perfect. Sure enough, they were very complimentary about it being in great shape (I want my deposit back). But I'm so damn exhausted, instead of taking a long lunch, I'm taking the rest of the day off. And I don't want to do anything so day, except smoke a few joints and watch a few good games. So 5 championships in tonight is perfect timing.
Edit: lol. Looking at the lineup, there some really shitty conferences out there. There's going to be a couple teams in the tournament with a losing record. It would be nice to get one of those draws.

Lineup Game 1 will be:
1 JD or JQ
2 Shack
3 Primo
4 Gary
5 Tchikou
I think Ellis will probably start instead of Gary.

Primo is not playing the 4

Yeah Primo will probably start at the 3 unless we go with a small lineup that has JD, JQ, and Shack at 1-3 then I could see Primo playing the 4.

You guys have the Big 10 Network? It's not included with my cable package or on the Sling package I subscribe to to get the ACCN and Pac12 Network.
I guess I will subscribe to Big Ten Network+ for a month so I can watch the tournament. It's 14.99 a month.

Downside is they don’t carry the Braves anymore so I have to illegally stream their games

That sucks.
Good to know, I have been thinking of switching from cable to satellite, I'd probably have that issue too.

I don't think anyone other than Comcast and DirecTV carries the Braves at this point. Sinclair's entire board and upper management can go die in a fricking fire as far as I'm concerned.

Spectrum does - I only know that because I use my parents login to stream Hawks (and soon Braves) games over the app and cast it to my TV.
