Yeah, I really just meant some combination of the bunch. I expect we’ll get UK in our first game. You can’t really count them out in a tournament setting, but I wouldn’t be surprised if State beat them either. UT/UF is a tossup IMO. UT has a higher ceiling, but who knows if they bring it on Friday. Arkansas is the easy pick from the other side, so we’ll see if they can hold their form from the second half of conference play. If Mizzou or LSU plays well, they could both make a run too. Even Ole Miss has a chance to make a little noise and get off the bubble with a couple wins. Overall, it’s set up to be a very exciting tournament with quite a few compelling games. I’m more excited for the SECT than I have been in quite a while. I’d be ecstatic if we swept the conference titles this year. Oats pulled it off twice (?) at Buffalo, and it’s the next step towards establishing the program as a contender. LFG.

I felt the same way at first, but UK has no business beating Bama this year. If it happens, it’s time to shed the Calipari monkey in the conference tournament anyway. We waxed them twice this year, and they can get it again.

If that's really an issue, it's Alabama's fault. Actually, with Oats' and Bama's "tough mindset", they should take advantage of all circumstantial hurdles. The irony is that this is meant to be and typically IS an advantage for the #1 seed. The fact that Bama "seems" to have had trouble getting started in early time slots should be used by Oats as motivation. This should NOT be a disadvantage or an excuse.

With a win today, the committee has to find a way to make Michigan State the B1G’s 5th One-Seed
