If there’s an upside to our home schedule, the top five games ranked by torvik are on Saturdays (Aub, Fla, Ark, Van, Okla).

I’m getting really excited about this team the more I see them. I think we got a squad this year. Potential to be Oats best team yet IMO.

It’s inexperienced but man is it talented. Gonna need a couple of young guys to step up and be ready but man if they do…watch out

It’ll come down to being able to get any stops. Hard for us to blitz evenly matched opponents if we are turnstiles.

I'm at the peak of Mt. Gump about our basketball team this upcoming season.
I think we are a legit final four threat IF the front court overhaul comes together like the staff hopes. I think we have two freshmen who are likely difference makers but they don't have to be centerpieces because there is a lot of experience on this team. For better or worse, portal does allow you to essentially always have guys who have played real minutes.

Samuels skills look like they translate, his game looked nice in those clips.

I think the defense will be better. The main thing that has killed us the last 3 years on that end is size at the 3/4 positions.Seems like Oats has went smaller the last 3 years those positions for more offense and it hurt us defensively. We have size and length there this year

I'm loving the length and size of this team. I worry about the freshmen hitting that wall late season but we can manage that with a good rotation.
