If tweet fails to load, click here. I like this. When he actually locked in and was focused he was a really solid player
A solid Bench backup 5.

I think he'll be part of starting 5 this fall if he keep progressing.

Let's hope not... He has gone backwards each year since his freshman year and huge question marks about him staying dialed in and showing effort consistently.. Kentucky fans have been pissed that Mo hit the portal, they wanted to keep him and loved his effort... Garrison on the other hand they celebrated hitting the road.

Sometime it's the offense, they're in that doesn't fit them. I think he's a good fit for our system. so we'll see how this goes.

Don’t hate it and don’t love it. I can certainly see the upside potential.

That shite won't fly with Nate so hopefully it won't be a problem.

I certainly hope not
I mean think he has upside. Potential. Maybe a Pringle type off the bench. Better than Williamson. But he wasn’t very good at Kentucky

We have any concern the Bucks come after Nate?

6’10”- 245… we need that size for next years team. Hopefully Oats gets the most out of him

He just signed a new contract. Why would he entertain the pro level at this point?

Kinda what we have to do with bigs unfortunately. We're never going to have the money to sign any kind of sure thing out of the portal. Gotta sign upside guys and/or mid-major guys and hope we get it right. Like I said the other day, Mara did frick all in 2 years at UCLA before anchoring a dominant, title winning defense at Michigan. Sometimes it's just a matter of having the right voice in your ear, and Garrison has had Mike Boynton and Mark Pope. It may not click with Oats either, but I'd trust him a hell of a lot more than those two.

Does anyone know the status of Collins Onyejiaka? If he could somehow come back and Keitenn Bristow decide to play we might not be as bad off big wise as we think.

Garrison, Bristow, and Onyejiaka is a sufficient number of bodies for 5.

Bristow is really a 4, though.
Posted on 4/13/26 at 7:25 am to VaBamaMan
Feel the same way but he could probably give you 5ish minutes at 5 if foul trouble dictates.

one weirdly late double post.

If Taylor Bol Bowen could do it Bristow can.
