All over the conference teams are fielding really good defenses (LSU, Auburn, Oklahoma, A&M, etc.) but we are somehow so much worse.

Fixing the defensive front is a multiple year endeavor, even with a new coordinator. Recruiting big bodies up front has been below par for years.
