If you can buy a LT somewhere else ready to play right away at 80% the cost you do that.

Remember in the movie Rudy where the players go to the coach and turn in their jerseys to get Rudy to play, I think we need the same but for the opposite reason with Milroe.

DeBoer has finally brought us back 360 deg to the Dubose years.
I still cannot fathom how Milroe could be so bad. If things don’t start well for him he goes into a coma. We have rarely seen that from a Bama QB.

Honestly, we have no evidence that he can make hard and potentially unpopular decisions in his coaching career. Hopefully we’re not dealing with a nice guy Dabo or we are going to lose 3 games every year.
That said, it feels reactionary to see so many people throwing in the towel on the program and coach after 1 season with a clearly bad QB (that’s just inconsistently good and talented enough to make it clear whether we should bench him).
I don’t want to see him handing out Captain titles before the season anymore though. I get it if he needed to do that to keep players from bailing.

So much poor decision making by the coaching staff on display today and during the season. The staff have partially, in not fully, severed the trust with the fanbase.
Who is going to have high expectations going into next season? Probably not that many Alabama fans.
