We have a culture problem. Guys aren’t prepared, the details aren’t being covered, multiple situational mistakes this year, lack of adjustments being made, etc.
Even our equipment team was unprepared. Not a single Michigan player with the ball has slipped, but we got guys looking like they’re playing on ice.
People that said last year was Saban’s best coaching job, were completely right. This year is very similar personnel, and you’re seeing what happens with a staff that doesn’t demand excellence in all the little things.
