That they were right?

Love Carolina Brewery, go the Pittsboro location more though.
This keeps up they’ll shove his buyout up his arse and bid him farewell before the season ends.
Goddamn Sheridan quit going empty with your blind arse QB, go pistol and run downhill - it would be better than this bullshite.
Sure hope so, hope Young is also.
Yeah offensive line has been awful, really hard to tell much of anything else other than that.
Milroe might want to work more on situational awareness and less on his dance moves after TDs.
Yeah, it was typical to have a player that even mildly tossed a helmet run laps around the practice field holding his helmet above his head and shouting “I love my helmet” until the coach got tired of it.

I had the chance to meet him when he was DC at UNC way back when, great guy… edit: Wikipedia says diagnosed with ALS and gone a week later.
I have to agree - Burton is making this look good, and Milroe has thrown some nice balls.

Still don’t understand not one designed run for the QB.
Rees is so pathetic - have a QB who’s an athlete - have not called a designed run yet. One read option (not a designed run) all game.

Pretty sure he’s an imbecile.

Milroe is our best option IF you have designed runs to keep the defense honest. Texas pinned their ears back and said “we’ll believe you’ll use his legs when we see it.” USF did the same, hell why not when you wouldn’t run the QB built for it in the prior game.If the defense has to account for him as a runner it helps the o-line, the running backs and tends to the hold the safeties just a little longer to give the QB just a bit more room in the pass game. I’m not saying Milroe did not play poorly, but Rees certainly did not set him up for success either.
I hate the three man rush inside our own 20... really hate it period.

Agreed. Both coordinators need to go. Bring back McElwain and give me Muschamp (if he’s available).

I am really confused on why Lee is our LB in pass coverage defenses...

Because sometimes when you’re in pass coverage defense teams will actually decide to run the ball.

In 2017 we were leading Clemson 24-14 going into the 4th quarter. On the 99th defensive play of the game we gave up the 21st point in the 4th quarter and lost the NC.

Well dammit you’ve convinced me, Golding should be tossed because of his defense costing us the 2017 NC!

Whattaya mean he wasn’t DC back then? Who was?

Not to mention it wasn’t entirely the D’s fault Clemson ran 99 plays...
Yeah but I don't put that on the offensive line as much as play calling.

If an offense executes the play perfectly you can not defend it - look at the pass from Fromm on Georgia's last touchdown. Hell look at what Tua did for most of the year on many plays that were well-defended.

OU executes at a high level on offense, so most believe they will get 3 - 4 TDs unless we somehow manage to average 12 play, 7:00 minute drives... and we aren't that type of offense this year. Do I think we'll win? Sure. But there's a reason the O/U is what it is.
