We’ve had some dumb turnovers. Take that out of the equation we’re right in it even without being hot from 3 like the other night.

I wonder if Oats sits Sears like he did last month when he was cold. Duke has him locked down. Different situation but something has to change.

That missed rebound made 3 by Duke was a momentum killer...but if Bama doesn't fix these missed switches and back door cuts, it won't matter

Well we lost the first half now we have to beat them by 10 to win! I don’t see it happening. Unfortunately.
We are making too many mistakes, can’t do that in the Elite 8 against great teams.
If we suddenly start hitting 3s and not get out schemed on defense we can hope against hope.
Hit 3s, Hit FTs. Get stops . That’s the recipe.

I’m glad we aren’t down by more than 9 as well, but it would take a massive anomaly for us to outscore this team by 10 in the 2nd half. People on this board wanted to downplay how good Duke was and downvote those who were trying to be real about it.
Anyone is beatable, but Duke would have to go into a shell and start missing shots while turning the ball over carelessly for us to get back in this one.

It wasn’t just that, it was acting like we’ve never seen a back cut before.
The guards got absolutely humiliated in the 1H.
We clean up the defense and have an average night outside shooting it’s a totally different half.
