You can’t switch to a new scheme in mid-game and a lot of people overestimate exactly how many adjustments a team can make in a 15-minute halftime.

Someone explain to me how millionaire coaches who have spent their entire lives in the industry do not make in game adjustments. You watch basketball and go from a 2-3 zone to man because you’re being out played. Us? We just say the plan is to eat shite. Let’s keep eating it.
