I thought that 1st rd slot paid what that 1st rd slot paid. I didn't know that it was just a starting point for negotiations. I thought that's why they pegged each slot with a number...so that these holdouts would be eliminated.

I'd be interested to know in what he's doing to not be signed. There's usually a reason.

Does this have a bit of NIL residual effects on it, and a sign of the future??

Absolutely not a Head case. Mean and tough on the field but well behaved in lockerroom.

Dumb as a rock to not be signed. You are sending a bad message that it’s all about you. Prove yourself with your rookie contract, and the money will follow you. Currently, you are of no value sitting yourself out.

You are a dumb arse and the Bengals keep fricking guys over monetarily not named Burrow or Chase or Higgins.

The Bengals are tying to undercut his pay and guarantees for his draft slot. He’s completely in the right here. They are trying to pay him like a 2nd rd pick instead of a 1st rd pick. It’s pretty historic in the way they are trying to screw this kid over.

Guy was a head case throughout his time at A&M, this is no surprise.

Bengals are a horrible organization, and he may have a point. But leave it to the Bungles to waste a first rounder on a headcase like him

I've never heard he was a head case. Where did you hear that?

Google his dirty plays, including the ones against LSU.
