Cowherd pushing SC? Say it aint so. TO make that statement you'd had to have watched over 800 million practices all over going back to the 1870's. This may be the biggest, dumbest, ignorant thing I've ever heard. The best "USC" practice in the last 10 years would be hard to quantify.
