re: It was a $20 Million Dollar loss not $53 Million Like it could have been. Thanks Scott!

You also need to take into account the time value of money. Depending on the assumptions about returns over time, $25 mil up front could be costing you way more than $53 mil over 6 years. We were never on the hook for all $50+ up front.

Chance of rain...NEVER!
04 and 07. I was in TGBFTL and remember being in the Swamp for 04. Their fans were going crazy the whole time, because UF was winning for most of it. But I distinctly remember how they showed the team stats on the giant scoreboard, and LSU was dominating in every category. I just knew we were gonna win the whole time, and we pulled it out in the end.
07 because, well, 07. That was just freaking amazing start to finish.

LSU vs UF. Jacob Hester 5-5 on 4th down conversions.

Remember watching this in the student section on Tiger Stadium. Unbelievable game...now I gotta go relive it!

This team got some dawgs...but also some quality men and just good dudes.
Granted I haven't been a college baseball fan as long as a lot of others on here, I have 3 that I consider "best" in their own right.
2023 - LSU/Wake. Incredibly "clean" high level baseball at all positions. Smallest margin of error for either team made it incredibly exciting.
2023 - LSU/Florida, CWS Finals Game 3. Never gets old beating the ever loving stuff outta UF. Every player that night had a hit, run, and RBI. Just glorious.
2025 - LSU/Arkansas CWS 2nd meeting. Most incredible, improbable, unbelievable, astounding end of a game I've ever seen. Period.

Strannix is a regular in the comment section of most baseball articles on the TD home page. Has a perpetual man crush on Vitello and everything the makes him better than CJJ (lol).
I was just saying having an arm like Loy in the P&G would be huge, whether it be a starter, reliever, closer, whatever. Not saying we should or shouldn't, I trust CJJ. Loy was a talent for an SEC rival, wouldn't be awful to have him on our side.

If we finish this off and win the Natty...

The schwag I'm buying is a BB jersey with #10 for Braswell on it.
Even though his bat has been ice cold, so has the blood in his veins and he has come through in a major way with plays on the defensive side of things. No doubt without his glove at 3B, we might not be in this position.
Absolutely amazing to watch the standing Os he is getting coming up to the plate. He has made some nice contact, and I'm hoping and praying his BAT gets something special done in a key moment for him and for the team to help bring home #8. Dude is special.

Nope. So many fortuitous events to the finish, it's crazy.

Heckuva catch by ol' baw
I'm not a very smart man, but after watching that whole game I STILL don't know where this umps strike zone was.
That was so satisfying watch UF completely fall apart. Nice win ladies!

Any time UF loses anything, it's a good day. Any time Bama loses anything, it's a good day.
Today is most definitely a good day.

So, 3 pages and no TD videos. Great work tRant.
Alabama was the victim of one of the worst officiating calls of the 2024 college football.
