Well after researching electric trimmers, I narrowed it down to the Milwaukee and EGO. I decided on the Milwaukee b/c I am already invested heavily in their batteries and it came with the edger attachment long with the trimmer. Online and youtube reviews all say the EGO has more power, but...

The TRP is one of their nicer 1911, I got one circa 2006 for about $1200, it's pretty likeable. A couple things I didn't care for were the ultra aggressive 20 LPI checkering and the two piece guide rod. The guide ride issue is easily fixable. The 20 LPI front checkering is subjective.
