Multiple outlets have reported that Rutgers is targeting LSU athletics administrator Keli Zinn to be the school's next Athletic Director.

Zinn is the Executive Deputy Director of Athletics and Chief Operating Officer for LSU Athletics. Per NJ.com:

Rutgers is expected to hire LSU executive deputy athletic director and chief operating officer Keli Zinn for its long-vacant athletic director position, multiple people with knowledge of the situation told NJ Advance Media.

The long-time college sports official met with Amy Towers, the chair of the Rutgers Board of Governors who is leading the search, in New Brunswick this weekend. The move is expected to be approved by the full Board of Governors at a meeting on Wednesday.

I used to date someone who worked for the football program. Apparently, she plays a huge role in the athletics department and this would be a sizable loss.

Zero sizable loss, I’m sorry but anyone in those positions are replaceable.

She’s beyond replaceable. Your opinion of one person does not make it fact.

I'm sure her ultimate goal is to get back to West Virginia. New Jersey gets her logistically closer.

Package deal. We will not release her from her contract without Rutgers agreeing to bringing Woodward.

You people with these types of comments are so fricking weird. I hope you’ve never criticized or done anything other than given utmost praise to someone that has a more prestigious job title or is more known than you are. If not, you’re nothing but a massive hypocrite

Nothing says "we are serious about football" like having a chick athletic director. Rutgers just keeps on Rutgering.

And of she chooses to stay, LSU will just keep on "LSU-ing."
