The hiring of new LSU head coach Lane Kiffin has come with some staff and player shakeups in Baton Rouge.

Defensive coordinator Blake Baker was a favorite to remain at LSU under Kiffin, but is now in the mix for the Tulane head coaching job.

Multiple sources reported that Baker went to New Orleans on Monday to interview for the job as a possible replacement for Jon Sumrall.

Fletcher Mackel of WDSU reports that Tulane will be making a decision this week, with Baker, Will Hall (Tulane passing game coordinator), and Chris Hampton (Oregon co-defensive coordinator) as potential options.

Another option thrown in the mix could be former LSU head coach Ed Orgeron, according to Mackel.

Jacques Doucet of WAFB also mentioned Orgeron as an option at LSU in a defensive role.

Stay tuned...

Coach O would be good for the LSU program. He has the fire and drive we like and can recruit. I'd like to see him at D Line coach

$ is the best recruiter these days. It is the evaluators of talent that has been missing at LSU. That needs to change in this cycle.

He left the LSU program in a shambles. His major accomplishment was recruiting Burrow who is the best all time QB in LSU'S history.

He did wayyy more than just recruit Burrow.

He brought in JOE BRADY!
That kicker from BFE Northeast tiny school.
Couple of key lineman that filled some gaps.

Give the man some props and put some respect on his name.

2019 GOAT TEAM in CFB, and not even close when you look at the teams we beat and the dominance.

Quit posting such ignorance, you sound like a clown
