Infuriating when I'm stroking a 10k dollar check. This is in Louisiana mind you where we have ball crunching sales tax and state income tax. The agency it was for is swimming in cash, federal grants etc.

I forget my audience, to your average swarthy 5'6" cajun a guy that's 5'9 is a giant. Picture a white version of Jersey Joe Walcott 6' and 215# of cast iron.
