Well-known Texas Tech donor Cody Campbell recently appeared on Dan Dakich's show this week to discuss Brendan Sorsby's legal battle as he tries to get back on the field following multiple gambling violations.

While trying to defend Sorsby, Campbell cited LSU, saying that Texas Tech is a "target," but if this situation were happening in Baton Rouge, it wouldn't be as big of a deal...

Lmao the exact opposite would be true. If this was LSU, we would be the #1 hit piece for months. This guy is beyond delusional.

Yeah I mean LSU has ok one of the biggest and last L’s as a football program…and I don’t think it was about gambling On the team.

frick that guy. Teams don't want to play you because your degenerate QB violated the most sacred rule of betting while playing.

I remember LSU, removing Ryan Perrilloux, from the team for much smaller offense than this. For those of you that may not remember him, the kid was a rare talent at QB.

Rare talent for getting in trouble.

The ‘trouble’ Ryan got into wouldn't amount to s hill of beans in today’s football world. But he’s a black QB, so of course you blow it up to be more egregious than it ever was at the time.

It’s a case of hey, look over there while running away from the question! Great for a laugh, but it doesn’t make the problem go away.

Campbell is the sort of scum that sends dick pics to his own dad.

Why would anyone financially support an athlete that has bet against his own team? Does Cody bet directly or indirectly on TT?

Suck our cumulative tiger nutz.

Oregon didn't seem to mind playing Texas Tech. What a douche

I’ll take what he said as a compliment. He said in the sentence immediately preceding that people are angry because they don’t think TT should be as good as they are. If LSU had done the same thing, there would not be as much outrage (because LSU is supposed to be good).
