LSU sophomore wide receiver Malik Nabers was arrested Monday night in New Orleans during Mardi Gras on a weapons charge.

According to the court document below, charges against Nabers will be dropped under the condition that he does pursue regaining possession of the firearm.

Shouldn't need a permit to CC anyway. Should be unconstitutional for the state to seize his gun assuming he wasn't acting like an irresponsible jackass

They forgot to simply list the weapons charge. That’s the part of the story that is the actual story. Vague weapons charge is vague.
