Lsu should be getting attention from every 5 star pro style QB that comes out of high school across the country.

Apparently his team is horrible and his receivers can't catch for their lives.

I see he is running the same offense style we are.

I heard Shea Dixon on the radio today saying his team is absolute dog shite and his receivers drop balls (look at how many plays cut off just before the ball gets to the receiver on accurate deep throws)

He does appear to throw off of his back leg a lot, but he’s getting the ball there in a hurry!

I love his throw 1st mentality even though he can run and he moves in the pocket with good instincts.

He throws better off the platform than on it. Unorthodox, but hits 'em quick once he spots em. (Hope nobody screws with his unique mechanics - like they did with Tebow) Love the pump fakes. Very Unitas-like in moving the DBs with the pump fakes. Has wheels for a tall guy.

His timing passes look legit. That is the one area most HS QB's struggle with the most. IMHO

I bet he can throw that football over those mountains

Needs to straighten up mechanics but overall not to bad. He is quicker than I thought. But.... his Oline might be worse than the Houston Texans Oline. Dude is always having to run for his life.

To be fair, he is holding onto the ball a little too long as well

Isn't he Brad Johnson's son? Fix those mechanics dad. Other than that he looks big, fast and mobile

I have a feeling we may get a surprise qb this cycle. With the offense going like it is and the talent they will have around them, I think this is when we start getting the big-time qbs. I could be wrong but I have a good feeling that we may drop Finley and get a stud qb. I've seen finley play a good bit and I don't see him ever starting for us. I think we get a better prospect to take his place. It's shame too with the size that Finley has, but he doesn't impress me. We will see though.

I just don't know. He has talent but leans too much with throws. I prefer a crisp righty
