I have posted this before, but worth the repeat...LSU defense over the last 4 games of 2019 season were going against 4 preseason Heiman hopeful QB's. They gave up ONE passing TD and had 6 INT's. That seems like good defense to me.

He was The Boz until he got trucked by Bo! Then he just became a guy acting like a thug.

Ethan Pocic is 6'7" and is still a center in the league.

Francis reminds me of Duverney, the WR that killed LSU when we played Texas. Built like a running back and playing WR.

I remember speaking a former NFL DL, who has a super bowl ring about why LSU couldn't pass protect back in Les' time. He said that there are lineman that can road plow, but couldn't back up for pass protect and Les was more focused on the road plows. It seems that now we have guys that are great at backing up in pass protection but cannot road plow forward. It is rare to have those who can do both.

Tight, you beat me to it. A 205lb RB running the 100m in under 10.3 speaks to leg strength. Add vision and balance to that equation and we have something special.

Both of these young men had tremendous HS film and both have great potential. Which of the 2 have the best upside and why? I believe the future is bright at Safety.

If you have never been on the Grand Jury, you could only assume. You serve for 6 months and here every potential feliny case during that time, not just high profile cases. It is intense.

The reality is that we do not know how much influence Sloan had on the play calling this year, but I am sure Coach BK does. For now we just have to trust our Head Coach. Hopefully the defense will be turned back into what we all remember and love about LSU football.
