it's also not Desmond or Demon. have seen both

they will have a great arm throwing their way

but who will protect him?
Officially very stacked at WR. If we build up a serviceable OL and lock up Leavitt or Demond this offense will be lethal

100% assurance he’s the starter.
I would guess that Chambliss's 2026 future is decided by the time Lagway is ready to make his decision.

we were thin at RB, WR, S, TE, and DT. we have hit all those spots. it does not mean we aren't going to sign some OL as well. you would be doing yourself and all of us a favor to wait until the portal window is over to do any more posting.

Let me guess “Portal Lane” frickin struck out.
you are insufferable

Tyree Adams? Really?
If he put up exactly the same production for any other SEC school you'd want him, but because he's not a new addition you don't want him.

Once MVB started he got a few balls thrown his way and did very well.
I like Nic and MVB, but Nic apparently did not record a stat in MVB's 4 starts.
It is honestly surprising to me that we have so few WRs that felt like staying was their best option. It will of course depend on who we get at QB, but I'd be excited if I'm Nic Anderson to have Kiffin and Weiss coming in. A big part of their philosophy is taking downfield shots when they get 1 on 1 coverage, so Nic Anderson and Jackson Harris are the kind of guys you would want to see out wide. Really thought Taron Francis fit that mold, too, but oh well.
Yes, and Ole Miss is in the semifinals with the Ferris State QB. I trust Lane to find the right guys. Jackson Harris looks fricking awesome. His last 7 games he had 39 catches for 866 yards and 11 touchdowns. This guy is legit.
Was recruited heavily by Ole Miss out of High School.

Edit: Wow I missed the most important detail that he ended up signing with Kevin Smith at Miami.
you're allowed to ask questions. Weiss is staying with Ole Miss for a bit longer and the rest are now full time in Baton Rouge.
personally, my concern is that this team seems to struggle greatly with the simplest things when facing decent competition. They played hard yesterday, but missing layups, lazy passes, and allowing so many offensive rebounds will absolutely kill us in March. It got to a point yesterday where I wanted us to stop attacking the rim because our jump shooting felt like a higher percentage play.

iPad's New Years resolution was to be among the greats
Women’s basketball is really tough to watch with how terribly it is officiated. Constant blown calls, zero clue what is a block vs a charge, and a gross misunderstanding of how contact in the paint does not necessarily mean you have to blow your whistle.

The timeout awarded to Vandy that should have been a travel and the chick stepping out with 30 seconds left directly affected the outcome.
Easily. That press would not have affected DJ at all.
yes. I just rewinded 3 times on the replay. the on ball defender tipped it, and I cannot believe they didn’t bother to review it.

ETA: Do not believe Nwoko touched it, but it was close.

He’s not a dual threat at all
I think people equate Dual Threat to rushing yards, which isn't, in my opinion, always how it works because of sack yardage. I see that he had a run of 5+ yards in 20 of his 31 starts, which shows he has a willingness to run and can pick up decent yards when he does. When I've watched him, I've thought that he clearly has enough athleticism to keep plays alive. He's not an elite speed threat by any means, but he does force defenses to respect the possibility of him tucking the ball.
