LSU's search for a defensive tackle from the transfer portal continues as TCU big man Damonic Williams announced Thursday night that he has committed to Oklahoma.

The 6’2, 320-pound tackle just spent two days visiting LSU after trips to Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

Fine. I’ll do it. I’m 5’9” 190lbs and in my mid-40’s. Where do I sign up? I graduated from LSU in 2002, but I think I have grad eligibility.

This staff knows what they have and what they need. We’ll be fine.

CBK better get on the NIL Train. I know he likes to have the HS players to be developed, but this is not the CF atmosphere now. Otherwise, the best recruits are going for the school that dumps the most greenbacks. This is a good example. Not in all cases, but some players just want the cash.

Wrong. You still have to build from within for continuity sake.

All these upperclassmen who had a good year or two at a D1 program and entered the portal are looking for bags. That's the way it works now. We definitely do need, for this year anyway.

That’s the name of the game for every team now. College sports is a pro league now. These aren’t just good all american kids seeking an education and good character development anymore.

Times are different now.

It would have sucked for the kids already on the roster to see a one and done guy get paid that without even one day working with the team.

All of this is from BK totally misunderstanding season ending interviews. From the three DT’s that was drafted Kelly thought one maybe two was coming back and he didn’t prioritize the position til late. But I hoping with Dominic coming in and what we got, Coach Bo will coach ‘em up and get the max out of the position.

There a lot of dumbasses on this site but this guy is rocketing to the top of the list. UT grad and fan but have 2 kids at LSU so follow both programs closely. Davis is the best DL coach in college FB and UT’s loss is LSU’s gain. This take won’t age well.
