I’m 42 and I can’t remember a game winning single or sac fly being referred to as a walk off growing up. Only home runs. But who knows. Used to hear catcher referred to as a “hine catcher” too back then and I haven’t heard that in ages lol.

Same. I probably could have made it but knew the puppy would get me up early and we are entertaining company all day. Would’ve been death warmed over all day on 2 and a half hours sleep.
Sucks this keeps happening on Fridays. Really just glad we won though.

I also crashed after the 3rd. Woke up at 530 Made coffee and sat down to read Hunts recap. Took dog to the park just got home & about to watch highlights. Proud of this teams late game fight. Praying Kade is ok. Gotta get one more and make the path to Omaha go through the Box.

Series loss is on the offense. Guys just did not put good consistent at bats together enough. 7 runs in 27 innings.

Yep. But we lucked into our first 2 runs today. Our offense has to be better. 7 runs in 3 games against these Aggie pitchers is underperforming.
