I guess this can be true if you grew up by the beach, human nature to not appreciate it as much, like with anything else. I moved here 10 years ago, live a mile from the beach now and go constantly. If nothing else just to sit for an hour during sunset after work. There’s no better way to decompress after a long day. I can’t imagine myself ever getting tired of it. NB4 name checks out

I think it was put into law under W’s admin that the auto pen could be used anytime anywhere by anyone but only if the president gave direct approval/instruction.

Mike Johnson specifically asked Biden why he authorized the EO that paused natural gas to Europe and Biden insisted he never signed or authorized it, yet there is an autopenned signature of Joey right there on it.

It’s clear Biden’s handlers and inner circle used his diminished capacity to essentially make executive decisions on their own and the autopen allowed them to do it in completion. Whether this was through deceiving and misleading Potato to give them approval, or if he was too diminished to be aware of any press coverage that would have made him aware of EOs signed without his knowledge, who knows.

If it could be proved it would be a historic scandal of epic proportions.

At minimum the autopen either needs to be done away with or safeguards put in place to ensure this could never happen again.

I’m desperate for a nap but have had a lot going on today. If I can’t find a way to get one in, it’s gonna be very difficult. Really just hoping we jump out fast and pile up a ton of runs so I don’t have to fight it. But that rarely seems to happen when you need it to.
