i was at a restaurant and while standing near me i heard his voice and struck up a converstation with him. He is sooooo down to earth and kind. he's a great dude. i dont always like his metaphors and similes, but having met him i think every bit is great.

For now kiffin has all my trust. He knows how to find talent. He knows how to put together a great offense. He plays the guys that do best in practice.

i dont know law. in my industry, if i am sued for something a consultant under me did, i can turn around and sue the consultant. essentially im like a middle man passing the suit down.

Halftime shows

I was a member of tigerband for 4 years and have alot of respect for the people, their talent, and tradition. Having said that, i feel like halftime shows of marching bands is terribly outdated (not including the rare instances of places like Southern). Pregame, hold that tiger, etc… those are untouchable and will always have their place.
But can we stop pretending in 2026 people want to see constantly moving formations set to music most people either haven’t heard of, or have heard of and try to intentionally avoid?
I can see how my grandparents generation thought it was a spectacle seeing that in 1960, but now… big time college football is an immersive hi-tech experience. Then at halftime it goes away so we can hear spanish marches or disney music?

i was in tigerband a long arse time ago - 4 years. while i was there, they introduced the second down song. a variation of 'tequila'. i've literally ALWAYS loathed that $&$ing song. i hate the idea that there has to be a jingle after every down.
the bands sounded awful on tv - not because the bands actually sound awful but because the location of microphones picks up individual players and not the band as a whole. it was really irritating, sounded like a high school game.

evil twin wasnt funny. and he seemed to think he was a centerpiece and important part of the show. it's not about him. im sure he is a nice guy and a good fan, but he is one of the reasons the coaches show became unbearable
