Baton Rouge RB Reid Chauvin Signs With LSU As A Preferred Walk-On

Local running back Reid Chauvin from Episcopal School of Baton Rouge officially signed with LSU on Tuesday as a preferred walk-on.

The 5-9, 195-pound back is also a powerlifter that can squat 600 pounds and bench press 375 pounds.

Chauvin was offered as PWO the Sunday after the Vanderbilt game last season. He said he had been committed to LSU for over a month and made things official this week.

While i don't care what race anybody is for any job, wouldn't yall be calling this kid a DEI recruit for his position? According to the DEI police, black people, hispanics, and women aren't smart enough, and white dudes aren't athletic enough. According to the DEI Gestapo

Right. Part of why I said he could be the next Josh Williams. Josh was like 190 as a freshman and got up to 210 or so. Though at times I thought Josh was too bulky.
