I think it’s possible to say according to the strict rule the ump could eject him but at the same time, given the time and place and stakes, the ump should have not pulled the trigger so quickly

That's an ejection in every league every time

I agree with coach here. The umpire was way too early on the objection.

Not according to the rules that he's abided by all season and then some.

How about a little professionalism on the part of their two clowns they hired as baseball coaches.

No accountability - he had a chance to take it and failed miserably

I dont think he knows the definition of "owning it". He let his whole team down. Not sure it would have made a difference if he was in the dugout or not. But he can hang his hat on he wasn't in the dugout and that cost them a chance to win the game and make the series go 3 games. STTDB!

The dude ejected himself. In college, the HC can't leave the dugout to argue balls and strikes or it is grounds for immediate ejection. He also disregarded warnings/instructions to get back into the dugout. He was trying to bully and intimidate but the ump dumped him. Could the ump have used some restraint, yes but it certainly didn't have to. He got taught a lesson that he should have learned a long time ago.

that is so emotional. He didn't, the ump was way out of control and escalated instead of de-escalated. You talk to the HC if he has a question, you don't tell him to go back on the dugout, this isn't little league. Both the HC and the Ump handled this poorly.

You obviously don't watch much baseball. That is literally the rule. You DO NOT come out of the dugout to argue balls and strikes.

This dude is next level douchebag.

This douchebag was trying to show his edge all week in Omaha. Roid raged over some calls that werent even bad and got tossed. Sure the ump might have been a little trigger happy but you gotta be smarter than that coach in this situation, stop the bully act and play ball.
