Democrats always try to rationalize by saying MUH BOTH SIDES! despite the fact that they are the vast majority of fraudsters. Of course, stop it on both sides, but let’s not act like this is a 1 to 1 comparison.

What’s funny is the people who say “trickle down economics don’t work” will also celebrate a Super Bowl or some other major event coming to their city because of all the money it will bring to the area.

What precisely was bad about the way Kiffin or Wade was hired?
I don’t know much about the Wade hire but the Kiffin hire was pretty standard. There was a lot of noise because he left a team during a playoff run but it was a standard hire from LSU’s perspective. Coaches are hired before the season ends all the time.

That’s just Dave being Dave. He’s going to be against almost anything any politician does. And Joe usually lands at the right place but it usually takes him some time to come around.

And when gas prices were $4 under Obama and $5 under Biden they were quiet as a mouse. They were also quiet as a mouse just a couple months ago when we had the lowest gas prices in 5 years. They will be quiet as a mouse again soon when gas goes back down.

You have to be hyper-aware of human nature and know that you are not immune from it. 2 of the main culprits are confirmation bias and tribalism. You have to be willing to do a self-audit every once in a while. I’ve always been very mindful of that but nobody can escape it. Awareness of this is a great first step. Most people don’t even get that far.
The post-election rant was pure gold.
