Be good place for him to play. Friends with new coach. Glad he wouldnt be in SEC also. LSU fans need to focus on H Walker and not get caught up in Manning. However Archie and wife did just relocate to Oxford

He could win a Heisman at OU under Riley.

Goes to a college with a degree that has value instead of a rapidly declining LSU right now.

Not sure why anyone would disagree with this. LSU is doing everything it can to replace Mizzou as the most ridiculously woke school in the SEC.

He’s going to do the Peyton thing. Go to a school no one in the family ever did and not win a national championship

If his grandfather has anything to do with his recruitment the only way he'll ever see Death Valley will be from the visitor's locker room.

The only LSU that has a shot at him is Leland Stanford Jr University.

How to inflate your already inflated last name....go play in a conference with no defense and then get drafted and maintain the family legacy!!!

yea imagine that, a guy going to a school that will best showcase his skills. Silly Manning.

Inflated how? The last 2 Mannings to play in the league have 4 SB's between them so maintaining the family legacy would be pretty tough

I'm happy with 5* QB Walker Howard

He will end up at Duke.

I think if Cutcliffe were at another higher profile school he would go there. Duke is a stretch. Texas would be a good fit for him.

If he doesn't choose LSU, I'm happy to see him go outside of the SEC

Might want to check the SEC team defensive stats against the Big 12s this last year. Very comparable.
user avatar
Not exactly iron curtain defenses here either. 1/2 of the SEC averaged over 425 YPG and at least 32 PPG.

Last year is one huge asterisk in all of sports. Nobody counts it statistically.
