This is my favorite low-impact workout that I do all the time! It's great if you want to be a little more gentle on your joints, want something to do on a recovery day, or are in an apartment or somewhere you don't want to be jumping around making a lot of noise. You'll need some kind of resistance band and ideally a kettle bell, although you can also just hold on to the ends of a dumbbell if that's not an option.
