Golfer Paige Spiranac takes us off the course and into the gym to show us her leg and glute workout...
Normally I take you through workout routines that are good for golf in general, but I don't always walk you through exactly what I'm doing at the moment. So today I thought I'd bring you along to leg day! I'm currently trying to grow my glutes (as you haters keep pointing out I need to haha) and of course keep my leg strength up to keep my distance for all my golf clubs.
Today I'm doing squats, deadlifts, lunges, band work, and more! Come join me in the gym!
