Since it is in Australia, a good name for it would be Joey Freshwater.

Going by the size of the head I'd say it was a young Saltie (Saltwater Crocodile). A Freshie would have a narrower jaw and smaller teeth and probably would have swam away since they aren't very aggressive to humans.
