During SEC Media Days in Hoover, AL this SEC Network's Cole Cubelic went on the record and said that he thinks Arkansas, who went 7-6 (3-5) in 2016, will finish last in the league next season.

I think Vanderbilt and Kentucky are worse. Mississippi State might be worse as well but I haven't done enough research to say for sure.
