He may have to start in the CFL. No guarantee the NFL will let him in.

The NFL has not indicated that it will accept his application to start with. And since its origin, in 1977 I believe, only a limited amount of players have been chose in that draft. It's a blind auction, teams submitting their offer of a draft pick , if accepted, that team loses the same draft pick in the regular draft. Far from a done deal.
