10 of the top 80 in the country seems like a pretty good class, it's not done yet though.

Aggies bought another one

That's all anyone is doing. That's recruiting in 2026.

Okay….that’s the game and we are doing a great job at it. Keep it up Elko.

247 Composite says 11 of the top 59

He’s a five star in the composite. Our recruiting is simply filthy

Everyone wants to play for Elko

It’s disgusting. If only aggy had the moral rectitude of Lane Kiffin.

Lots of projected talent in this Aggie class. A&M is throwing most of its NIL into HS recruiting. It will be interesting to compare this strategy with LSU’s over the next few years.

I don’t know. Our portal class was pretty good as well. I think our boosters are desperate for some success and opened the pocket book after the playoff appearance

I don't know, I don't trust our strategy regarding the trigger man for the offense and also with promoting a WR coach to the OC with playcalling responsibilities.
A&M's OL hopefully is reloaded though those guys almost always take time to gel in order to play well together. And at the end of the day, does Marcel Reed have the grey matter between the ears to be a great QB, or will be continue to rely on his legs and throw multiple WTF pick 6s when he can't "fee" a rhythm early in a game?
A&M should have had a stronger QB competition.

I don't see Reed being good enough to win a NC. I still can't believe they didn't bring in a quality QB to put some pressure on him to produce, it will be this teams downfall in November.

Every player is a 1 year rental now. Curious to see where some of these guys end up next year.

Yeah, then why is OU recruiting just as hard?

One year rental … sure thing. A&M recognizes that quality OL don’t come through the portal, and every five star that has been recruited is at a position that is hard to fill. Whether you like it or not Elko has been very, very targeted with his approach. You still need talent at all levels of play.

Is this the 5’10” kid? He better have long arms and be lightning fast

He’s in the 4.3s electronic
