ESPN's Lee Corso Won't Wear Aubie’s Head On College GameDay

What part of "the head isn't separate from the rest of the suit" does Corso not get? Short of taking a pair of scissors and cutting the thing off, it can't happen.

Surely he can just find another tiger mascot head and wear it. Auburn couldn't do a damned thing to stop him.

Dear Dr Morgus scumbag...Aubie is the BEST looking character tiger mascot period. Short of Mike the Tiger, (which is awesome) Aubie is the best tiger period.

I have a couple of friends that were Mike the Tiger in college. They would occasionally go to Mascot camps to learn new tips/tricks/whatever. He said, they'd all sit around after morning meeting, then put on their mascot outfits in the same room. EXCEPT the auburn guys. they would go into a separate bathroom or something because they didn't want to ruin the mystique that Aubie isn't a person, it's an actual tiger.....to a room full of Mascots

Auburn is probably on of the least qualified schools for a "holier-that-thou" attitude.

One of our roommates was one of the Mikes in the 90's. We put on he head all the time playing around the apartment off Lee & Highland, would stand outside and wave at cars, wear it around the pool, even wore it into daiquiri pub once. I'm sure someone at sometime has put on the aubbie head.
