He said, I think it was before the February NSD that all NIL does is make what was already being done, legal. It wasn't a big secret that there was a player who had been verbally committed to LSU for almost a year signed with A&M because of what he received from A&M. They didn't really try to hide it so I really don't know why Jimbo is so pissy.

Jimbo wants credit for being this great recruiter. He said in a press conference a few months ago it was insulting to insinuate players came for money, that he and his staff worked their asses off. I guess this is the first year of his career it dawned on him to wirk his arse off. If he’d have thought of that sooner he’d have 15 #1 recruiting classes…

The entire side of my wife’s family are Aggies through and through, some are boosters but they are all very connected to program. I can tell you with 10,000% confidence that Jimbo went to the biggest TAMU supporters and told them if you want a natty then you need to open their checkbooks for these new players. Every word Nick Saban the saying is absolutely true.
