Dabo Swinney Not Afraid To Chirp At The SEC After Beating South Carolina
© Jeff Blake-USA TODAY Sports
Clemson easily put South Carolina away 38-3 on Saturday. Following the game, head coach Dabo Swinney got a little puffy in the chest about playing SEC teams...

Strangely, Mullen didn't rag on the ACC after beating Florida State. I guess in the SEC it's just business as usual when you dismantle an ACC opponent. Clemson is yesterday's news.

For what it's worth, Florida wasn't dropped in the polls after beating Florida State 40-17, as Clemson was after beating that same team 45-14.

Clemson is very good. This is what Dabo doesn't understand about the SEC. You don't get weeks off to heal after playing one big game. Your battered, injured bodies have to nut up the next weekend and the weekend after that. Eventually it catches up w/ you & you will lose a game or two.

Oh BS. As if teams in other leagues aren't physical & don't hit. We got 2 open dates just like every other team in cfb; I don't recall us ever having "weeks off".

He sounded like a big baby is his press conference. Instead of winning graciously, he sounded like a clown, and I lost a lot of respect for him.

Been that way for the past year. I went from wanting him as a coach to hoping he never sets foot at Alabama again.

LSU v Clemson will be epic. You know they'll give OSU the weakest team.

Meh, he gets an autobid into the playoffs every year because he is a shite division. I'm not saying they aren't good, but Clemson isn't going undefeated, much less making the playoffs every year if they had to play in the Big 10 or SEC

He’s right. They win the big games.

I actually like Dabo, but I think I’d have to pull for LSU in that matchup

If you don’t like it, step up and shut him up. SC couldn’t, Saban couldn’t...O might get a chance. Until then, Dabo has scoreboard.

Saban’s done it twice. Until the ACC has a second halfass decent program to challenge him, he’ll be in the playoffs every year with a healthy team.

Also, I’d like to see Dabo open up with a top tier team from the SEC that isn’t Auburn during a down year.

LOL, you're criticizing an OOC Auburn game? Are you retarded? Even scheduling A&M OOC like they did this year isn't bad.
