According to On3 Sports, Western Kentucky quarterback TJ Finley has left the Hilltoppers to join Tulane, who were the AAC Championship Game runner-up this year. Tulane will mark the fifth school that Finley has attended in his college career. He has previously played for LSU, Auburn and Texas State before joining Western Kentucky...
