This was the perception of him in DC while serving in congress. Sprinkle in an indulgence of the spirits and a foul mouth.

He’s not a good politician. Voters in Louisiana are just dumb.

Remove The Masters from it, put some azaleas on the screen with lush green grass with a fairway like they do, and it looks/sounds like something that would be played on a loop at a nursing or funeral home. I just don't like it. Unpopular opinion but it is nothing more than an opinion.
Yes it was insufferable and the Masters theme music needs to go. They need to come up with something new.

Several judges came to the same conclusion.

Just because a judge determined this doesnt make the ruling just or correct. There is such a thing as a bad judgement passed down from the bench.
I personally would stay away from an ortho starting out. They look to either operate or not operate. By the descriptions of your symptoms I would start with a Spine Diagnostic & Pain Treatment Center. All of your symptoms, specifically with the neck, leads me to believe that you caught quite a few stingers from your football playing days? I would agree with TigerR and would recommend Dr. Comeaux as that is who I used when I lived in BR. I typically got close to 1.5-2 years of relief with facet injections in conjunction with Physical Therapy. For PT, I would recommend Christian Bourgeois who is not to far down the road from Dr. Comeaux's office.

Not at all and never had the intention of starting at 5mg. It will be some time before I start.

I'm in no rush. Still working on splitting the doses. When I get that put together I will update.

I'm in no rush. All I wanted was a suggested starting dosage from Jose based off his experience from prescribing off label. Yes, I should have explained in a little more detail what I was planning on doing but I did not. What questions do you have?

I'm not going to start at the 5mg dose. Never planned on it. Will split doses among the pens that I have.

And that’s why I asked for your help. I take this seriously and have no intentions whatsoever of spreading false info. I have taken metformin off label with no adverse effects and had an over all positive experience with it. I will be honest and answer all questions. I know you are open to prescribing it off label to patients, this is the reason I asked you about dosing.

No I want. I understand what I’m getting myself involved with.

No brother, I get it. I am willing to take a lick and see what happens. I have been on pub med and “googled” glp-1s. It is prescribed off label all the time. I might use for a week and say the hell with this. It’s not like I’m some maverick saying let’er rip.

Thank you for your invaluable contributions to this board and abroad. Glad I always have people like you to lean on for guidance.

Like I said…. I just want to see how it works, what the side effects are and what the efficacy of a GLP-1 is on a baseline healthy male adult. Is the juice worth the squeeze.

Thanks Doc. I understand. Have a little zofran for the nausea if needed.

Not prescribed. Just want to see what all the hub bub is. Love all the down votes from the H/F board with no responses. I will only be taking what I have on hand with no plans to obtain more. I exercise regularly and eat a high protein diet. Will be more than glad to report back my findings after use.

Got my hands on some Monjurno. Have 4 x 5mg pens. Going to use it to jump start my 2025. What are your suggestions for implementation? Yes, I need to lose some lbs. 2nd child was hell on me and soon to start TRT (Thank God). What are your thoughts?
