According to On3 Sports, Western Kentucky quarterback TJ Finley has left the Hilltoppers to join Tulane, who were the AAC Championship Game runner-up this year. Tulane will mark the fifth school that Finley has attended in his college career. He has previously played for LSU, Auburn and Texas State before joining Western Kentucky... (The Spun)
