Keep in mind, the Vols beat a Bama team that barely escaped Texas and A&M, two mediocre teams.

They setup a “Help us pay for new goal posts” fund raiser that’s up to almost $76k already. LOL

We will be favored by at least a touchdown. We can absolutely win by more.

As such, I'm a expecting a score of something like:
Georgia 45
Tennessee 31

To much. You have to have really poor defenses on both sides for a 45/31 game with many many offensive drives. There just won't be enough drives to put that many points on the board with the game plan Kirby draws up.

Georgia 34
Tennessee 21

Yeah.
I'm 38 UGA to 24 Tenn.

I wouldn't be shocked if our home field environment impacts the Tennessee offense even more-so.
Tennessee is the 2nd most penalized team in the conference (ahead of Alabama after Saturday's game).

That could knock it down to 13 or 17 tennessee points if things snowball.

UGA -7.5. That hook would draw a lot of bets in Tennessee's direction.

Although not pretty, Kent State was never in doubt.

Mizzou, I believe we were caught sleep walking, but we did wake up after the half.

Sure. But it doesn't make sense to call out Bama for having bad games and conveniently leave out ours.

Yeah. I don't like sleepwalking excuse.

2 lost fumbles and poor execution (drops and blown assignments resulting in 9 tackles for a loss against our offense, 2 OL penalties resulting in 2 field goals, blown coverage by Lassiter on Mizzous only TD).

It isn't much different from Bama vs Texas.

This is highly likely. I foresee UT only getting the ball about 8-10 times max.

Our secondary is lock down when it needs to be and the crowd will be a huge factor.

Bama couldn't gain momentum on any drive due to 130 yards in penalties.

Also, Golding drew up a defense that had the safety covering Hyatt 20 yards off the ball. Head scratcher.

Do we have anyone that can cover that Hyatt kid?

He reminds me of the Bama receivers from last year who we also couldn't cover.

Bingo

Ringo will have a leash on that guy the entire game.

Bamas safeties seemed to be playing very flat footed, maybe due to the run game, but a lot of those big pass plays had the UT guy splitting the seem and running right by the safeties.

Multiple guys. Missed assignments was the problem last year.

Brooks austin commented that Ringo and lassiter switched sides on Saturday.

That could be an indicator of some sort of future scheme (either going back to boundary corner/field corner or putting a specific corner over a specific receiver down the road).

Sort of in-game practice for the big passing teams coming up?

Hyatt? What about Tillman if he’s healthy in 3 weeks?

I envision lots of 2 deep safeties and zone coverage. Keep Hooker from running too much as well. I honestly don’t know how Bama kept allowing Hyatt to run right by them untouched. If we go straight man too much I don’t love Lassiter or Ringo’s chances. Ringo hasn’t quite been what I thought he could yet this season.

Offensively, I know Gibbs had some success against them but he didn’t just go wild. Their run D is good. If we are as physical as we were against Auburn I feel good. If not, me no likey our chances.

Think the same game plan from the NC game, crazy pressure, disrupted routes, expect ut to score 28, Dawgs score 42.
