From what attorney Mars says Fields was subjected to more than the Adam Sasser thing. We can't know the truth right now but the folks at OSU seem to think that Fields' eligibility this year is a certainty.

I want to see his proof a college/pro football locker room is maybe the most meritocratic place in this country if you can play you play, if not someone else will regardless of any other factors. There is too much at stake financially for it to be any different.
