Next year Mike Bobo will be the South Carolina head coach and Muschamp will be Georgia’s defensive coordinator.

False. He wasn't nearly good enough at CSU to be a head coach in the SEC after only one year as a coordinator.

Even if Lanning leaves Kirby will just plug in Schumann.

I wouldnt pigeon hole what Kirby would and wouldnt do.
If it helps recruiting, helps fill a position need, and is available, I don't think Kirby would take any option off the table. Even a big name.

I see no reason why this would happen.
I think Muschamp is probably about as good as SC can get.
And Bobo did not look healthy in the last picture I saw of him. After Bobo was recently fired at Colorado St., I would be real surprised if he was offered another HC job so soon.
