I'm not going to make a substitution of the Wash/Stanford game, but seeing that no spread has yet been posted ... the pick will be straight up winner as for now. If the line becomes available by Friday, then the "pick versus the spread" option will be active, and you may edit your picks accordingly. If no line by Friday at 6:00 PM EST ... the pick will will stay at "Straight winner"
